We are early. That means fewer people than there is work, no layer between you and the customer, and the thing you ship this month being used by real brands next month.
It is a small company building software for people who make physical things. The work is close to the customer, the decisions are made in a day, and the product is used by brands who will tell you plainly when something is wrong.
It is not a large organisation with a career ladder, a training budget or somebody to write your brief for you. If you need that, this will frustrate you, and we would rather say so here than in the third interview.
