Built by people who run product businesses.

We work in the US, Ukraine and the EU.

Enter each fact once

Keelvy’s Products list: every product with its status, stock, prices and gaps in one table.

Nothing disappears by accident

The Change journal: a table of recorded changes with when, subject, record, action, who and what changed, where an old value is struck through and followed by the new one.

No upkeep to fall behind on

Variants and prices crosstab: variants down, price lists across, a status dot on every price.

No implementation project

Notifications and control from Telegram and Slack: a phone-shaped Telegram chat with the Keelvy bot, showing new-order and order-confirmed notices, a stock and orders question answered with the numbers, and a Scan button; next to it a Slack message with an approval card to approve or deny.

Who sees what

Separate roles for catalog, sales, purchasing, production and finance. Each person sees what their work needs.

A word from the founder

Andrii runs product businesses himself, with goods made on his own lines and by outside manufacturers. For years he was the one setting up the business systems in them and living with what didn’t work.

He started Keelvy to have a system his team opens without being reminded, and one he could hand to friends.

More detail

The big systems are confusing, hard to run and expensive.

We are a team of founders. Between us we have more than 30 years of automating businesses of many kinds, from trade to manufacturing, both on our own lines and outsourced. The big business systems never fit us, so we built a friendlier one for ourselves and our friends.

We have set up these systems in our own companies for years. Getting one live takes months, and learning it takes longer. After that, someone has to keep the data in order every day, or the stock on screen stops matching the stock on the shelf.

And something is always missing. The system doesn’t connect to the store you sell through, or doesn’t cover a step you do every week. So a spreadsheet and a couple of paid apps grow up around it, each with its own login and its own copy of your products.

Most of these systems are designed by consultants and analysts who learn your business from interviews. We are founders. We buy the materials, run the production and pay the bills ourselves, so we know which screens get opened all day and what it costs when they are slow.

We work in the US, Ukraine and the EU.

Each of them sells, ships and handles its paperwork its own way, and we know all three from the inside. So we design for the person who runs the day: a job should take few steps, and the business should get more out of the system than the time it puts in.

That is how the same Keelvy sends invoices to QuickBooks for a US company and shows prices with tax included to buyers in Europe.

Four rules we have not broken.

Enter each fact once. You describe a product once. A price list, a store listing or an invoice that needs the same fact takes it from the product, so there is no copy to fall out of date.

Nothing disappears by accident. Removing something moves it to the archive, and only an admin can delete it from there. The history shows who changed what and what it said before. People are afraid to use a system they can’t undo.

No upkeep to fall behind on. A system works only while somebody has time to look after it. So when a supplier changes a price, costs and prices update by your rules, and reorders come to you as drafts to check.

No implementation project. You sign up, import the spreadsheet you already use, and your team learns it in an afternoon. If a screen needs a manual, that’s our bug to fix.

A small team you can write to.

When you write to us, you reach someone who can change the product. If something is missing, we tell you it’s missing. Founding customers get a direct line to the people who build Keelvy, and what they ask for gets built next.

We’d rather have a thousand businesses on a fair published price than fifty on deals negotiated one by one. So there is no setup fee, and you can set up the whole thing without talking to us.
