Cookie policy

Short, because there is not much to say. Sign-in needs a few, and this site measures visits and our advertising: on by default in the United States and Australia, and only if you say yes everywhere else.

LAST UPDATED 19 OCTOBER 2026
Pubblicato solo in inglese

The short version

The application needs a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and to remember how you have set your screens up. There is nothing to consent to for those, and nothing you can turn off without breaking sign-in.

On this marketing site we measure how people use it and how our advertising performs. In the United States and Australia that measurement is on until you switch it off; everywhere else it waits for your consent. Either way, if you decline nothing about the site stops working.

One thing on this site is remembered without asking: the language you chose to read in. It is a two-letter code, it measures nothing, and without it every page would arrive in English and correct itself in front of you.

We do not sell what we measure. We do advertise Keelvy on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, and the three measurement tags described below are how we learn whether that advertising works.

What a cookie is doing here at all

A cookie is a small piece of text stored by your browser and handed back to the site that set it. Some of what we describe here is technically not a cookie but local storage in your browser — the distinction matters to engineers and not to you, so we treat both the same way on this page.

Essential — the application, and one on this site

Set on keelvy.app. Without these the product cannot function, so they are not optional and no consent banner will pretend otherwise.

One is set on this site as well: the language you are reading in. It holds a two-letter code and nothing else, it is never used to measure anything, and its only job is to let the page arrive in your language instead of arriving in English and correcting itself a moment later. Declining analytics does not remove it, because it is not analytics.

  • Language: the language you chose in the footer, so the next page is served in it directly. Two letters, kept for a year, readable only by this site.
  • Session: keeps you signed in until you sign out or it expires. Cleared when you sign out.
  • Security token: protects forms against being submitted from another site. Lives for the session.
  • Workspace: remembers which workspace and brand you were last working in.
  • Interface state: your density setting, palette, theme, table columns and sidebar. Kept for a year, and only in your browser.

Analytics and advertising measurement — this site

Three tags can run on keelvy.com, each set by the company named. In the United States and Australia they start on their own and you can switch them off; in every other country, and wherever we cannot tell where you are, they start only after you press Accept. A tag that has not been set up on this site does not appear at all.

  • Google Analytics 4, set by Google LLC: measures how this site is used — which pages are read, where visitors come from, and how they move between pages. It is configured without Google’s advertising features. Its cookies are named _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier of ours.
  • Meta Pixel, set by Meta Platforms, Inc.: measures and improves our advertising on Meta products such as Facebook and Instagram, by telling Meta that a visit to this site happened and which of our key pages it reached. Its cookies are named _fbp and _fbc.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag, set by LinkedIn Corporation: measures and improves our advertising on LinkedIn, by telling LinkedIn that a visit to this site happened and which of our key pages it reached. Its cookies have names that begin with li_ or are named bcookie, lidc, UserMatchHistory and AnalyticsSyncHistory.
  • What each of them keeps, and for how long, is set by its own company: see the Google privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy, the Meta privacy policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy, and the LinkedIn privacy policy at linkedin.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Nothing you type into the free tools on this site — a barcode number, a product list, a SKU pattern, a file you open — is sent to any of them. They are told only that a page was viewed, that a sign-up or contact form was started or sent, or that a file was made and what kind of file it was.

What we do not do

We do not run an advertising network of our own, we do not sell or rent what these tags learn, and we do not use them inside the application. They are on this marketing site only.

Nothing from your workspace — no product, no price, no customer — is ever put into a cookie or sent to an analytics service.

How to change your mind

The choice you made on this site can be changed at any time from the cookie link in the footer, and declining later deletes what was set.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal (or has Do Not Track switched on), none of the three tags starts, in any country, and we do not ask you again.

Your browser can block or clear cookies for any site, including ours. If you block the essential ones for keelvy.app you will not be able to sign in — that is the browser doing what you asked, not a fault.

Third parties we load

A handful of services are loaded on our pages and may set their own cookies. Each is bound by a contract that holds them to our privacy policy:

  • The identity provider that handles sign-in.
  • The payment provider, on the checkout and billing screens only.
  • Error and performance monitoring, configured not to capture your catalog.

Changes to this page

When we add or remove something that sets a cookie, this page changes with it and the date at the top shows when.
