Launch prices end on December 31
Then prices go up. Buy now and your price is locked for 24 months.
Priced per business, with your team included.
No setup fee, no per-user fees. Pay yearly and pay less. Start with your catalog and photos, add orders, stock and invoices when you sell wholesale, and production when you make what you sell.
One brand. Get products, photos and prices in order and out to Shopify, Wix, Faire and your own store.
- Describe each product once for all your channels
- Photos on the product, cropped for every channel
- Retail and wholesale prices that follow your rules
- An AI assistant that edits your catalog for you
No orders or stock. Those start on Trade.
A shop or a wholesaler. You take orders, ship them and invoice them.
- Wholesale buyers order on their own price list
- Invoices and packing lists made from the order
- One stock figure across your warehouses
- Purchase orders with each supplier’s prices
- Sales, stock and profit reports
No production.
A store chain or a distributor. Many brands, many channels, and a say in who publishes what.
- Many brands in one catalog, each published under its own name
- Price and publication changes wait for the right person’s yes
- Lots and expiry dates on what you sell
- Automations for repeat work
- Quality checks, repair jobs, overhead costs and your own books

A maker or a workshop. You make it and sell it. Recipes, stock and orders first; the back office can wait.
- Recipes that know every material and quantity
- Production orders that reserve their own materials
- Stock counted in one place, with stocktakes
- Customers and orders from your first buyer
- What each product costs to make
No suppliers and purchasing, no invoices, no payroll. Those start on Business.
A brand or a factory with its own production. The whole company runs on Keelvy: purchasing, paperwork, payroll and profit.
- Real cost of every batch: materials, hours and overhead
- Trace any batch forward to customers and back to suppliers
- Buy from suppliers, invoice customers, pay your people
- Quality checks and repair jobs in the same system
- Profit and loss, down to the product
Approvals, deals between your own companies and timesheets start on Scale.
A bigger team, more sites and companies, and three years of change history.
- Move goods between your own companies, with documents on both sides
- Approvals: a colleague or the AI proposes, a person decides
- Timesheets and overtime for a bigger floor
- Projects and your own safety data sheets
- Three years of change history, with a name on every change
You run several factories or companies and need their numbers together.
- More room than Scale holds

AI work already comes with your plan.
Credits pay for the AI work in Keelvy: photos, product text, files. Every plan includes some each month, used first and gone at the month’s end. When you need more, add a pack. Credits are taken once a result is delivered.
Some plans also cap AI work per day. The cap is shown with the plan, starts again at midnight in your workspace’s time zone, and leaves your monthly credits as they are.
