What this job is like.
It is a small company building software for people who make and sell physical products. The work is close to the customer, decisions take a day, and the people using it will tell you plainly when something is wrong.
It is not a large organization with a career ladder, a training budget or somebody to write your brief for you. If you need that, this will frustrate you, and we would rather say so here than in the third interview.

Product designerDense work screens: tables people use all day, and keeping an app this wide calm to work in. You’ll work in our design system and change it where it’s wrong.
ApplyOnboarding and support leadThe first person a new customer talks to. You’ll import their catalog, find what their spreadsheet was hiding, and turn every question you hear twice into a fix in the product.
ApplyWholesale and partnershipsYou know how brands sell to retailers, because you have done it. You will bring that into the product and into how we talk to the market — and tell us plainly when a claim on the site would not survive a buyer meeting.
ApplySales managerYou take a conversation from the first reply to a working account: find out what a business needs, show Keelvy on their own catalog, and know which of the two product lines fits them. You’re comfortable telling someone a plan is more than they need.
