Keelvy’s Products list: every product with its status, stock, prices and gaps in one table.

The product list in Keelvy: names, photos, prices and what each shop still needs.

Replaces Plytix, Akeneo, Channable, and the spreadsheet behind them.

Sound familiar?

The four jobs a spreadsheet does badly

THE LISTINGS

Adding a product means adding it four times

Your shop, the marketplace, the wholesale sheet, the PDF for buyers. Four sets of fields, and four chances to get one wrong.

  • Enter a product once, with its sizes, colors and materials underneath.
  • Each size has its own code, price and stock; the shared words are written one time.
  • Every channel shows the same product, the day you change it.
THE WORDS

Every channel wants it said differently

One title is too long for the marketplace, the German shop needs German, and the wholesale buyer wants materials, not mood.

  • Write the description once and add each language beside it.
  • Change a line for a single shop without touching the rest.
  • Keep the long story for your own store and the short one for the marketplace.
THE GAPS

Nobody knows what is missing until it goes live

A missing photo, an empty weight, a size without a price. You find out when a buyer does.

  • See what each product still needs before you publish it.
  • Product files for Google, Meta and the marketplaces build themselves from the same product.
  • Fix the gap once and every channel that uses it is fixed.
THE CHANGES

Who changed the price, and when?

Someone edits a name on Friday, and on Monday three channels disagree about what it is called.

  • A new price or name can wait for a second pair of eyes before it goes out.
  • Every edit is kept with who made it and when.
  • Nothing is deleted. An archived product comes back with everything it had.
How it works

From spreadsheet to one clean catalog in a day.

01

Bring your products

Upload your product file or connect your Shopify store. Nothing to rebuild first.

02

Describe them once

Add the fields your trade needs, then the sizes, colors and languages.

03

Send them everywhere

Shopify, Wix, marketplaces, your own storefront, wholesale price lists and line sheets, all from the same product.

Who it is for

Made for people who sell a lot of different things in a lot of places.

Brands

Your supplier makes the product; you own the story, and it has to read the same everywhere.

Shops and wholesalers

Thousands of items from many suppliers, and buyers who want a clean file.

Makers

You change a recipe or a size, and the listing should change with it.

Plugs into what you already use.

Questions

Questions about PIM

What is a PIM?

A PIM (product information management) is the one place where a product’s content lives: names, descriptions, sizes, details, translations and prices. Shops and marketplaces read from it, so you stop copying the same facts around.

I already have Shopify. Do I need this?

Shopify is where one shop sells. If you also sell on a marketplace, to wholesale buyers or in several languages, keeping the facts in Keelvy and sending them out means each place shows the same thing. You connect Keelvy to your Shopify store from settings.

Can I bring my spreadsheet?

Yes. Upload the file you have, match your columns once and your products arrive with their sizes and colors. You set it up yourself.

How is this different from Plytix or Akeneo?

They keep product content, and do it well. Keelvy keeps it too, and then uses the same products for orders, stock and invoices, so there is nothing to copy across, at a price meant for small brands.

How many products fit?

Your plan sets the number of products, and the pricing page lists it for every plan. You can add room in blocks if you grow past it.
