The profit and loss report: a timeline, the period and basis controls, and the statement from revenue to net profit.

The profit and loss report in Keelvy: what came in, what it cost and what was left.

Replaces Order Desk, inFlow, Cin7, Zoho Inventory, and the spreadsheet that keeps the books straight.

The four jobs that eat your week

THE ORDERS

Orders arrive in five places

Your shop, two marketplaces, an email from a wholesale buyer and a message on Telegram. Each one is typed in by hand.

  • Shops, marketplaces and wholesale buyers land in one list, with one status.
  • Ship, print the label and follow the parcel from the same screen.
  • A problem order is flagged before the customer writes.
THE STOCK

The system says ten, the shelf says six

Counts drift when every channel keeps its own, and you find out after you sold what you did not have.

  • One count per item, by warehouse and shelf.
  • A sale, a delivery, a return or a transfer moves it, and every channel shows the same number.
  • A low-stock warning reaches you, with a draft purchase order waiting for your OK.
THE PAPERWORK

Invoices and delivery notes by hand

Copy the address, copy the lines, fix the tax, save as PDF, send. Forty times a week.

  • Invoices, delivery notes and credit notes made from the order.
  • In the form your country asks for, and in your buyer’s language.
  • Wholesale buyers see their own prices, and so do their documents.
THE MONEY

You don’t know what you really earn

Revenue is easy. After the cost of the goods, the channel’s cut and the shipping, the answer is harder.

  • Cost, price and channel fees roll into profit per order.
  • Per product and per month too, so you see what to push and what to drop.
  • Planned against actual, with the difference explained.
How it works

A back office you can run on a Monday morning.

01

Connect your channels

Shopify, Wix, marketplaces and wholesale buyers send orders into one list.

02

Ship and invoice

Stock moves with every order, and the paperwork is made for you.

03

See the result

Profit per order and per product, and a purchase order ready when stock runs low.

Who it is for

Made for brands that outgrew the spreadsheet.

Multi-channel brands

A shop, marketplaces and wholesale, all selling the same stock.

Wholesalers and distributors

Buyer accounts, price lists and documents for each of them.

Small shops stepping up

Orders and stock first, and the rest when you need it.

Questions

Questions about ERP

What is an ERP?

An ERP (enterprise resource planning) system runs the back office: orders, stock, purchasing, documents and money. The big ones are made for large companies; Keelvy is made for a small brand.

I already use Shopify. Why add this?

Shopify knows its own orders. Keelvy puts every channel’s orders and one stock count in one place, so you stop selling what you do not have and you can see profit across all of them.

Does it replace my accounting software?

Keelvy covers orders, stock, purchasing, documents and profit. For full bookkeeping, connect your accounting tool; the integrations page lists what works.

Does it work outside my country?

Documents follow the country your company is registered in, and come in your buyer’s language. Tax forms are not copied from one country to another.

Will my team need separate logins and fees?

Your team is part of the plan. There is no fee per person and no fee per order.
