Connect an assistant to Keelvy
Ask an AI assistant about your catalog, orders, stock and books in Keelvy, and let it update them, with exactly your own permissions.

What Keelvy is
Keelvy is the operations platform for brands that make and sell physical products: the product catalog, the media library, orders, customers, stock and the factory floor behind them. The connector lets an AI assistant work with your own Keelvy workspace.
What an assistant can do
Ask. The assistant can find products and show their families, attributes, channel listings and collections. It can look up an order, a customer, a supplier or a project. It can show what is in stock and where, what is running low, what moved and when, which lots expire soon and where a lot went. It can read the profit and loss, what is owed and what is open, if your role may see money.
Act. The assistant can create and update products, customers, orders, purchases, stock movements and production. It can record a payment or an expense in your books, issue a document and book a carrier. Keelvy records payments and refunds in its books and does not move money.
Removing archives. Nothing is hard-deleted through the connector, and an archived record can be restored.
Permissions
The assistant signs in as you and has exactly the permissions your role has in that workspace, and no others. If you cannot see a cost, neither can the assistant.
It works in one workspace, the one you choose on the consent screen when you connect, and it stops working when your membership of that workspace ends.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Keelvy under Settings, MCP access, where each connection shows when it was last used. An administrator can see and revoke every connection there.
How to connect
Keelvy is being submitted to the Claude connectors directory and to ChatGPT apps; until it is listed there, add it by address. You sign in with your Keelvy e-mail and choose the workspace on the consent screen. The AI and MCP module must be switched on for that workspace.

- Any other MCP client: use https://keelvy.app/api/mcp/directory, or https://keelvy.app/api/mcp for the full tool set, everything your role allows.
Limits
The connector lists only what your role can use. It cannot hard-delete anything. It does not take or return passwords or tax ids, and it does not generate AI photos or video. It cannot approve or reject an approval request on your behalf.

Keelvy never sells your data and never trains models on it. The privacy policy has the details.
