Every product in one place, with every photo and text it needs

Sizes and colours, specifications, ingredients, translations and the codes each retailer asks for all live with the product. The photos sit with it too, cropped for each channel, so the right image goes out at the right size.

Before a product goes live, Keelvy checks what each channel still needs: a barcode for Amazon, a shorter title for Etsy, a third photo for Shopify. You fix it once, and every channel gets the corrected version.

How it works, day to day

  1. 01

    Fields that fit your trade

Shelf life, voltage, fabric width or fragrance load. Add the fields your products need, with their units.

  2. 02

    Photos attached, not filed

Upload a shoot and Keelvy suggests which product each photo shows. Crops follow each channel’s rules.

  3. 03

    Ready, channel by channel

A plain list of what holds each listing back, so publishing is a decision, not a guess.

What you can connect

Connect a channel, a carrier or your books once. From then on, these six things happen without anyone copying them across.

  • Order transfer

Orders from every shop, marketplace and retailer arrive in one queue, with the customer, the items and the payment.

  • Stock kept up to date

One stock figure per item and location, sent to every channel after each sale, delivery or production run.

  • Products and prices

Titles, photos, specifications and price lists go out from one place, each channel in its own format.

  • Documents

Invoices, packing slips, credit notes, line sheets and the EDI messages a retailer expects, from the order or the product.

  • Automation

Rules that tag, hold, route or notify, and a person to approve what should not happen on its own.

  • Warehouse and fulfilment

Labels from Nova Poshta and other carriers, and orders handed to Veeqo, ShipBob or Extensiv when a 3PL packs them.
